FAQ - I received an incomplete order, now what?

If you are missing an item, please log in to your account and go to My Orders to verify that all items have shipped. To speed up delivery, items may ship separately from multiple different warehouses.

If all your items have shipped and it’s been more than 7 days since they left the warehouse, please accept our apology and fill out our Contact Us Form so that we can get this sorted out for you!
